Refund & Exchange Policy
At Velo Scarfs, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we are here to help. Our policy lasts 14 days from the date of delivery, in accordance with Egyptian Consumer Protection laws.
1. Return & Exchange Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, please ensure that:
- The item is in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, and unused).
- The item is in its original packaging with all tags still attached.
- You have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Note: For hygiene reasons, scarves that show signs of wear, perfume scents, or makeup stains cannot be accepted for return or exchange.
2. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us via:

Please include your Order Number and a photo of the item you wish to return.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved Refunds: If approved, the refund will be processed.
- Payment Method: For orders paid via Credit Card/ValU/Fawry, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method (this may take 7–14 business days).
- Cash on Delivery: For COD orders, refunds are typically issued via Vodafone Cash or an Online Store Credit code.
4. Shipping Costs
- Customer Change of Mind: If you wish to return/exchange an item because you no longer want it or chose the wrong color, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping fees.
- Defective or Wrong Items: If we sent you the wrong scarf or the item is damaged, Velo Scarves will cover all shipping costs to replace the item or issue a full refund.
5. Non-Returnable Items
- Items purchased during a “Final Sale” or “Clearance” event.
- Gift cards.
